Positive Concepts primarily provides Professional Development, Adult Education, and other training services.

If there is a desire, Positive Concepts may be available for Coaching and/or Consulting to assist in implementing the Tools, techniques, and practices that are covered in any of the Presentations, Workshops, and Seminars delivered.

At Positive Concepts, we believe that coaching is best provided tailored to the client's specific needs, requirements, work enviroment, and working style.

Positive Concepts' coaching plan is based on observation of the client "in action" during there typical work day.

Advice and suggestions for improvement and "corrective actions" are delivered shortly following these observations. Suggested improvements and "corrective actions" are most effective immediately following observations when the actions to be "corrected and improved on, are still "fresh memories.".

• One initial evaluation meeting

• Three full days of on-the-job observation with daily evaluation

• One final evaluation meeting with suggested areas for improvement

  • Two additional follow-ups

  • Each follow up consisting of:

    • One (1) full day of on-the-job observation with evaluation

  • One final evaluation meeting with suggested areas for continued improvement

Extended Program

Includes:

• Basic Program

• Enhanced Program

• Plus:

  • Initial meeting

  • Six (6) additional follow-ups.

    • Each follow up consisting of:

      • One (1) full day of on-the-job observation with evaluation

  • Final evaluation meeting at conclusion of the six follow-up observation days.
