Leadership
Leaders have followers.
People follow leaders (usually) because they want to, not because they have to.
Why do some people have willing followers when others do not?
Are there certain characteristics that make a good leader?
The Leadership workshop consists of

-
Part 2: Leadership Styles: How you lead your team, and
-
Part 3: Leadership Powerbases: Why your followers follow you.
Each can be provided as “stand-alone” workshops or) as a single three-part workshop (recommended).

Did you ever wonder why some supervisors and managers never truly gain subordinate loyalty?
How does this happen? What kind of Power does the person with loyal followers have that others do not?
In this workshop, we discuss:

-
The attributes of each “power base.”
